Katie Klug

Katie is an owner of both Spinnaker Management and Spinnaker Realty Sales. She started Spinnaker Management in 1994 to provide property management services to Condominium Associations, Homeowners’ Associations, and commercial properties. Katie and the other owners started Spinnaker Realty Sales in 2002 when the clients of Spinnaker Management were looking for a real estate company who was knowledgeable with Associations.

Katie is a lifelong resident of Broadalbin and currently lives on the Great Sacandaga Lake. She graduated from Broadalbin-Perth High School and received a BS in Accounting from Ithaca College.

Katie was highly involved with the Broadalbin-Perth Boys Soccer Program, the Fulton United Travel Soccer Club, and Broadalbin Youth Commission while her four boys were in school. She has a passion for the lake, enjoys many sports and activities, and loves being a part of this community.

John Baker

John is the Broker in Charge at Spinnaker Realty Sales. He has been active in real estate since 1984. He has much knowledge, experience, and success in all areas of real estate.

John is a lifelong Fulton County resident currently residing in the town of Perth. He is married with two daughters, a son, and four grandchildren. An educator for over 40 years, John retired as a social studies teacher at Broadalbin-Perth Middle School. John is an active member of the community having served as the chairman of the Fulton County Youth Bureau Advisory Board, chairman of the Perth Zoning Board of Appeals, and was the Perth Youth Commission Director for 18 years.

Amanda D'Aniello

Amanda resides in Fort Johnson with her husband Salvatore and two sons, Luigi and Antonio. She is a graduate of Northville schools and Albany College of Pharmacy. She worked as a pharmacist for 20 years in various local pharmacies and has since worked with her husband in his construction company as well. With her background in customer service and knowledge of the construction business, Amanda hopes to combine the two to offer an exceptional customer service experience in the real estate market. She looks to continue in her venture to help others by finding their dream home while making the process a positive experience for all.

Jeff Graves

Jeff has been active in real estate since 2008. He has a specialty in Adirondack lake properties but has experience in all aspects of real estate. Jeff is a lifelong resident of the Fulton County area. He formerly worked for NYS Office of Children and Family Services and retired as the business manager for the Tryon Campus after 33 years of service in 2010. He recently retired after 11 years as the executive manager at the Eccentric Club in Gloversville. His motto is “You can never over communicate”. He strongly believes that “Teamwork” is the key to giving his clients every advantage in finding their dream home. Jeff looks forward to handling your real estate needs.

Susan Heath

Susan was born and raised in Northville, NY, on the Sacandaga. After high school she attended college at SUNY Oswego and later received a bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts. She has had the opportunity to travel for work, with the IBEW, and live in other states. Her family, along with the mountains and the Great Sacandaga Lake, drew her back home where she currently resides with her fiancé Kurt in Edinburg. She enjoys hiking, boating, skiing and spending time with family and friends. Real estate has always been a passion of hers and she looks forward to helping you with your next purchase.

Rob is a Physical Education teacher in the Broadalbin-Perth School District where he is also the Girl’s Varsity Soccer coach. He grew up in Broadalbin and later attended George Mason University where he played soccer and was a 2-year captain. Before moving back to the area in 2005 he taught for 3 years in Virginia. Rob grew up on the Sacandaga Lake and enjoys boating any chance he gets!! He currently resides in Ballston Spa with his wife Stephanie and daughter Harper.

Hunter Monks

Hunter is a new member of the Spinnaker Realty Sales team. He graduated from Broadalbin-Perth High School and is currently finishing his senior year at the University of Connecticut with a degree in Management Information Systems. He likes to play a wide variety of sports from water activities to pickleball, spikeball, soccer, and anything active. Hunter connects well with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Lori is a lifelong Fulton County resident currently residing in the Johnstown/Caroga Lake area. She is a graduate of Johnstown Schools and FMCC. She is the proud mother of two adult children, Nicky and Harry, and the proud grandmother to Carter. Lori has worked for Fulton County Government for 32 years, currently as the DMV Supervisor. She has always enjoyed working with the public and offering excellent customer service to all. Lori looks forward to meeting new people and helping each one either sell their property or find the home of their dreams.
