John Baker
John is a lifelong Fulton County resident currently residing in the town of Perth. He is married with two daughters, a son, and four grandchildren. An educator for over 40 years, John retired as a social studies teacher at Broadalbin-Perth Middle School. John is an active member of the community having served as the chairman of the Fulton County Youth Bureau Advisory Board, chairman of the Perth Zoning Board of Appeals, and was the Perth Youth Commission Director for 18 years.

Amanda D'Aniello
Amanda resides in Fort Johnson with her husband Salvatore and two sons, Luigi and Antonio. She is a graduate of Northville schools and Albany College of Pharmacy. She worked as a pharmacist for 20 years in various local pharmacies and has since worked with her husband in his construction company as well. With her background in customer service and knowledge of the construction business, Amanda hopes to combine the two to offer an exceptional customer service experience in the real estate market. She looks to continue in her venture to help others by finding their dream home while making the process a positive experience for all.

Rob is a Physical Education teacher in the Broadalbin-Perth School District where he is also the Girl’s Varsity Soccer coach. He grew up in Broadalbin and later attended George Mason University where he played soccer and was a 2-year captain. Before moving back to the area in 2005 he taught for 3 years in Virginia. Rob grew up on the Sacandaga Lake and enjoys boating any chance he gets!! He currently resides in Ballston Spa with his wife Stephanie and daughter Harper.

Lori is a lifelong Fulton County resident currently residing in the Johnstown/Caroga Lake area. She is a graduate of Johnstown Schools and FMCC. She is the proud mother of two adult children, Nicky and Harry, and the proud grandmother to Carter. Lori has worked for Fulton County Government for 32 years, currently as the DMV Supervisor. She has always enjoyed working with the public and offering excellent customer service to all. Lori looks forward to meeting new people and helping each one either sell their property or find the home of their dreams.
